Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SaaS Finder Hub (“we”, “us”) at saasfinderhub.com collects when you visit the site, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us or message us on X or Telegram, we receive your email address or account name and whatever you write. We use it only to read and answer your message.
- Server log data. Like most websites, our web host may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, referring page, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, the email address you enter is collected and stored by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, and used only to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email (see beehiiv’s Privacy Policy).
- Forms. The List your product and Suggest a tool forms are run by Tally. What you type there (for example your name, email, product or tool details) is stored by Tally and used only to review and answer your request (see Tally’s Privacy Policy).
- No accounts or payments. The site has no user accounts, comments, or payments.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. The site has no logins, so it sets no login cookies. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits (see Google Analytics below). Third parties, such as advertising providers and the sites we link to, may set cookies or use similar technologies, as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of third-party content may then not work.
Google AdSense and third-party advertising
We may display advertising served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners. If ads are shown on this site, the following applies:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- These vendors may collect information such as your IP address, cookie identifiers, and information about the ads and pages you view. We do not control and cannot access cookies set by third parties.
- Where required by law, such as for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before personalized advertising cookies are used.
How to opt out. You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of many third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices, or, for visitors in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu. To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Opting out does not stop ads from appearing; it means they are less likely to be based on your interests.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your general location (country or city), and your device and browser type. We see this data only as totals and trends; it does not tell us your name or email address. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy. See also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
How to opt out. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one and visit the partner’s site, that partner (currently Systeme.io) may set cookies or use similar technology to record that you came from us, so a commission can be credited. We do not receive your personal information from this process. The partner’s own privacy policy covers what it collects. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Links to other websites
The site links to official product pages and other sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please read their policies.
How we use and share information
We use the information described above to run and secure the site, to respond to messages and form requests, to send the newsletter to people who sign up, to understand how the site is used (through Google Analytics), and to show advertising and track affiliate referrals. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (such as our web host, our newsletter provider beehiiv and our form provider Tally), with advertising and affiliate partners as described above, and when the law requires it. We keep messages only as long as needed to answer them and for ordinary record keeping.
Children under 13
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them, in line with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights: California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states
If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction of it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated unfairly for using these rights. Residents of some other U.S. states, which may include New Jersey, have similar rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Under some state laws, advertising cookies placed by third parties can count as “sharing” or “selling” for targeted advertising; you can opt out through the Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info links above. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Your rights: European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. We process data based on your consent (for personalized advertising cookies, where required), our legitimate interests (running and securing the site, answering messages), and, where applicable, legal obligations. The site is operated from the United States, so information may be processed there. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no website or method of transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we add advertising or analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
