About SaaS Finder Hub

SaaS Finder Hub is an independent website with plain-language reviews of SaaS and AI tools, short notes on tool news, and a browsable list of well-known products. The goal is simple: help you find the tool that does the job, and skip the ones that do not.

Who we are

The site is run by Marjan Dojchinoski, who goes by Max, from New Jersey, USA. It is a small, independent project, not a large editorial team. You can reach us on the Contact page.

What you will find here

• Reviews: written reviews of individual tools, such as Systeme.io and Notion.
• Blog: short posts on AI and SaaS news and on choosing tools, with sources linked.
• Browse tools: a short list of well-known products by category, each with a link to its official site.

How our reviews are written

• Based on official sources. Each review is built from the product’s own public pricing and feature pages. The review says which page it used and when we read it.
• Plans and prices as listed. We report what the vendor says. Prices and limits change, so check the official page before you buy.
• One honest downside. Every review names at least one real limit or drawback that the official pages show, so a review is never only praise.
• A clear “worth it if / skip it if” line. This is a short summary of who the product seems to fit, not a score or a ranking.
• No invented hands-on claims. Unless a review says we tested the product, we did not. We do not describe how a tool looks, feels, or performs in use unless we actually used it, and every review has a “what we did not check” section.
• No promises. We do not claim that any tool will bring sales, subscribers, savings, or income.

How the site is funded

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. At the moment the affiliate partner is Systeme.io. Affiliate links are labeled where they appear and use the rel="sponsored" link attribute. They do not change the price you pay or what we write. Read the full Affiliate Disclosure.

We may also show advertising in the future. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

Listing a product

Companies can read how listings are planned on the List your product page. Being listed does not buy a favorable review.

Corrections

If something on the site is out of date or wrong, email hello@saasfinderhub.com with the page and what to fix. We will check it against the official source and update the page.
