Summary

Quick verdict: a serious tool for tracking how AI assistants talk about your brand, but it is no longer the cheap AI writer many people remember, and lower plans see only three AI platforms.

Writesonic now sells itself as an AI search visibility platform: it tracks how ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews answer prompts about your market.
It still writes. Plans include AI articles (15 to 50 a month) and site audits, aimed at fixing the gaps it finds.
Plans billed yearly: Starter $79 a month, Basic $199, Growth $399. Enterprise is custom.
Monthly billing is $99, $249 and $499 on the pricing page’s Monthly tab (checked October 10, 2026). The “Save $240/year” on Starter’s yearly card matches.
